It all started when…

Our mission statement is to serve our community with love, respect and consideration. We will have a special touch to all our customers with good food, great service and build wonderful relationships.

Pop’s Café is named after my dad Pop’s Walt Carvalho Sr. A legendary in the Boxing, Kick Boxing and MMA trainer. The owner of AKA Javier Mendez was one of Pop’s World Champion. Pop would have a total of 4 World Champions. Before Pop’s passing March 23, 2017 Pop would give me the blessings of training more fighters, carrying the baton and
Building more World Champions!! My record since Pop passed has become a pillar in the fight industry.
